Reviews and Ratings
Had an overall pleasant stay at the resort. The spacious suites were a nice surprise and equipped with modern amenities, but the dining options were repetitive and the wine selection was quite poor. The service was attentive, and the peaceful atmosphere during low season was a definite plus. However, a serious bug issue in our room dampened our experience a bit.
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were reasonably clean and the excursions were fantastic, the dining options were quite limited and not very enjoyable. Additionally, the service at the buffet felt lackluster, making our overall experience less than ideal. On the bright side, we appreciated the well-kept grounds and the fantastic staff who truly put in the effort to make us feel welcome.
I had a mixed experience at this all-inclusive resort. The location is beautiful with great weather in February, but the overall quality of the hotel left something to be desired. While the rooms were spacious and somewhat quiet, I dealt with pests and inconsistent service. The dining options were hit or miss, and I found the spa services to be lacking. Still, the activities and staff were energetic, making the stay somewhat enjoyable.
I had a lovely time at the resort. The food was a big highlight, especially at the Orquidea a la carte restaurant. The staff was fantastic and made my experience enjoyable. However, there were some downsides like low water pressure in the room and issues with pool chairs being reserved too early, which made it a bit difficult to find a spot at times.
I had a lovely week at this resort, with perfect beach weather and friendly staff. The food was a delightful surprise, especially at the a la carte restaurant. However, the room had issues with low water pressure, and there were some challenges finding pool chairs due to early reservations by other guests. Overall, it was a great experience, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
